At Markquart Auto Body in Eau Claire, we know that you’re juggling a million things. Between work and kids, not having a vehicle is not an option. That’s why we offer free loaner vehicles while your car, truck, or SUV is in for repair.
As long as you’re 21, have proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license you qualify for the free loaner program. We recommend contacting your insurance agent to make sure you’re covered for rental transportation (if not, we offer coverage for less than $30 per day).
Customers are responsible for replacing the gas they use while driving the loaner vehicle. Smoking, pets, and towing are prohibited since we eventually need to offer these vehicles for sale. We also prohibit hauling cargo in the back of a pick-up truck. Customers are responsible for any accidents or damage to the vehicle while it is in their possession, and customers must have proper insurance coverage. Finally, customers must bring the vehicle back at the agreed-upon time after their repair is completed. If the vehicle is kept longer than the agreed-upon time, the customer will be charged for the extra time.
